In 2022, we acquired this home as part of a portfolio in our single-family home fund: Evergreen Real Estate Fund IV LLC. We completed a total renovation of this 1933-built home, including--but not limited to--a new roof, a finished basement, and a kitchen overhaul. This heavy value-add strategy resulted in significant equity creation for Evergreen and our investors.
